The Treadmill

I knew that doing an episodic podcast would place me on a proverbial treadmill with no "off" button, but I also thought, "Once a week? No problem." Until I hit writer's block.

Now, my current writer's block is not stuck on a lack of ideas. Far from it. I have a ton of questions I want to ask ChatGPT. But my problem is that after 10 or so questions, I run out of gas and lose momentum.

I first wonder if this is due to my brain injury or, even worse, that this isn't that great of an idea and I'm boring the piss out of everyone. I hope in a some sick way that it's probably just Imposter Syndrome and I need to just plow ahead since I do trust my friends to tell me if I suck.

While the bot is conversational, it is not a human conversation. I need to have enough mental energy to come up with questions, and that is something that is harder to rely on now. Sleep, nutrition, stress all affect so much more after the injury that it makes it really hard to plan.

Okay, so I'm not here to whine, but to share some behind-the-scenes processes for anyone interested in such things. Also, I wanted to provide a means of feedback so I can hear from any of you who would like to contribute. Just remember: please stay civil.

Skipping a week

Sorry this week's episode didn't make it out, but look for it next Tuesday!
